Welcome to The Tiny Kitchen! The Tiny Kitchen was born in 2016 to offer small-group, hands-on cooking & baking classes, with the intent to empower you in your own kitchen. Instructor Lisa also taught for 21 Acres, PCC Markets and Bellevue’s Whisk. With the changes brought by Covid, classes are only being offered through PCC Markets, both online and, just recently, in-person.

New for 2021, The Tiny Kitchen is making and selling breads and pastries made from Pacific Northwest flours! Click the Micro Bakery tab for links and information, and watch for blog posts.
